Returns and Cancellations

Please note that we cannot change order contents or accept product exchanges or returns due to customer convenience after an order has been confirmed.

 

Exceptions for Returns (including international shipping)

In the unlikely event that a product you purchased has a defect or malfunction, we will promptly replace or refund it after confirming the defective area. Please contact us via the contact page on this site within 5 days of receiving the product, providing a description of the product's condition.

After contacting us, please return the product, tags, accessories, and delivery note. In this case, we will bear the shipping costs (limited to returns from the shipping address to which we delivered the product). After we confirm the returned item, if it is determined to be defective or a wrong item, we will replace it with the correct product.

 

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

Returns will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

・If you contact us via the contact page on this site within 5 days of arrival.

・The product is unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and includes accessories and the delivery note.
・No dirt or scratches have occurred while in the customer's possession.
・The product does not have any odors attached to it.

*We cannot process items that have been intentionally damaged or soiled.

Please note that processing may take longer if your request falls on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or during the New Year holidays.


Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, our system automatically initiates the shipping process. Therefore, we cannot accommodate cancellations or changes to order contents after confirmation.

Shipping and Delivery Fees

For standard shipping, delivery will generally be within 2 to 6 business days from the order date.
Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by reasons not attributable to our company.

※Pre-ordered items are produced after the order is received, so delivery may take some time.


Exceptions

Delivery may exceed 6 days in cases where there is a prior announcement of shipping delays, during long holidays such as national holidays, Obon, or New Year's, or during periods of high order volume due to new product releases, etc.


Delivery Methods and Specifications

Currently, we cannot specify delivery days or times.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but once you receive the shipping completion email, please contact the designated delivery company directly.


Incorrect Address, Phone Number, or Email Address

If a shipped product is returned due to an incorrect address, prolonged absence, etc., the order will be canceled. If you wish to purchase the item, please place a new order.

※In case of cancellation, the payment amount will be refunded (you will be responsible for a refund processing fee of 1,000 yen and round-trip shipping costs).

※Please note that returned items are restocked immediately, so there may be cases where the item is out of stock even if you place a new order.

※Please be aware that if malicious acts such as intentionally providing a non-existent address, intentionally refusing to receive a product leading to its return, or intentionally causing a product to be returned due to prolonged absence without legitimate reason are discovered, we may terminate future transactions or be unable to provide a refund. Furthermore, if such malicious acts are identified, we may take legal action, both criminal and civil, so please exercise caution.
